Mughalpura police on Saturday arrested a kite seller and recovered 450 ready-made kites worth thousands of rupees from his possession during a raid. According to police,the accused,identified as Shahzad was arrested near Griffin Ground following a tip-off. The police said the accused was allegedly selling kites despite a ban by concealing them in cardboard boxes. He was also allegedly manufacturing kites and supplying them to different areas of Lahore. A case has been registered against the accused.
