KP CM condemns terrorist attack on Hangu police check post, seeks reportBreaking

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi on Thursday strongly condemned the terrorist attack on a police check post in Hangu district and sought a detailed report on the incident from the Inspector General of Police.According to a spokesperson for the Chief Minister's House, Afridi paid glowing tribute to the DSP and police personnel who embraced martyrdom in the attack, describing their sacrifices as unforgettable. He also expressed heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the bereaved families.

The CM directed the authorities to ensure the immediate provision of the best possible medical treatment to the injured personnel and said the provincial government would extend every possible support to the families of the martyrs.He said the sacrifices rendered by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police in the fight against terrorism would always be remembered and that the entire nation salutes the courage and commitment of its brave officers and personnel.

Afridi reaffirmed that maintaining peace and security remains the government's foremost priority, adding that the sacrifices of the police force would never be allowed to go in vain. He said the entire nation stands united against terrorism and vowed that terrorists would be brought to their logical end.The CM also prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs, patience and strength for their bereaved families, and the speedy and complete recovery of the injured personnel.
