Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and former prime minister and PTI founder Imran Khan's sister Aleema have reached outside the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to register their protest over not fixing the cases involving Imran and his wife Bushra Bibi for the hearing. It reported that the security had been put on high alert in and around the IHC as additional contingents of the police and FC had taken their positions in and around the court in view of the rally the PTI plans to take out today in support of the independence of judiciary. 

A prisoner’s van and an armoured vehicle were also parked outside the IHC as the PTI MNAs and MPAs are due to gather outside the court.  On the other hand, the hearing of the 190 million pound case against the former prime minister and his wife could not be fixed for the hearing.  The PTI had on Monday announced it would hold a protest demonstration outside the IHC and the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday to voice its concern over the pressure being exerted on the courts not to fix the cases involving Imran Khan or his wife for the hearing.
