In a major development, station house officers (SHOs) of a number of Islamabad police stations have been replaced. According to a notification issued by the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations, Syed Ishtiaq Shah has been appointed as SHO Industrial Area Police Station while Nadeem Tahir has been posted to Karachi Company. 

Imran Haider, Muhammad Kamal, Aamir Hayat, Arshad Ali and Mehrullah have been removed from the posts of SHOs. SHOs of Golra, Kirpa and Bhara Kahu Police Stations have also been changed. Imran has been appointed as SHO at Noon Police Station while Habibullah has been transferred from Investigation Hamak Police Station. The SHOs who were removed from the posts have been sent to Police Rescue 15 Close.
