A man named as Abdul Qadir committed suicide by shooting himself after killing his friend Arjun in Khairpur.  The incident occurred in Karoondi area of Khairpur. Soon after receiving the report of the incident, local police rushed to the site and shifted the dead bodies to Taluka Hospital in Khairpur.

Police after registering a case started investigation. Earlier in February 2025, a youth who was under police custody committed suicide by hanging himself to a ceiling fan at Gambat police station in Khairpur.A case was filed against ex-SHO Zulfiqar Chachar, head moharar, and a policeman on behalf of the government.
