Acting on the special directives of Deputy Commissioner , Rahimullah Mehsud, Additional Assistant Commissioner II Abrar Khattak has conducted a comprehensive inspection of various markets across the district to uphold food safety standards and consumer rights. Accompanied by livestock department officials, the inspection team visited multiple shops, food centers, and slaughterhouses.

The quality of milk, hygiene conditions, and measurement systems were thoroughly examined at dairy outlets. At slaughterhouses, the officials checked meat prices and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with public health regulations. In nan-baking shops, the weight and pricing of naan were scrutinized to guarantee that citizens receive quality products at government-fixed rates.
