Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi held an important meeting with Oman's Royal Minister General Sultan bin Muhammad Al Nuamani in Muscat.In the meeting, Pakistan-Oman relations and steps to resolve visa issues of Pakistani citizens were discussed. The meeting also discussed the overall situation in the region. The meeting emphasized the need to improve mutual contacts to promote Pak-Oman relations. Talking on the occasion, Mohsin Naqvi said Oman and Pakistan are bound by common religious and cultural ties.  

He said millions of Pakistanis are employed in Oman and are playing a role in strengthening the economy.  Mohsin Naqvi said with the facilitation of visas, more skilled workforce will be able to go to Oman. We want to increase partnership with Oman at all levels, Mohsin Naqvi said.Omani Royal Minister Sultan bin Muhammad Al Nuamani said Pakistan and Oman have a brotherly and historical relationship.
