Federal Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control Mohsin Naqvi has chaired a high-level meeting at the headquarters of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Islamabad and reviewed progress on reforms aimed at upgrading the Agency.

According to a post uploaded by the interior minister on his X platform handle on Friday, the meeting reviewed in detail progress on reforms including launch of AI-based app to ease immigration and curb human trafficking.

In order the modernize the FIA, Mohsin Naqvi directed IT upgrades, HQ upgradation, FIA Academy land transfer and urgent recruitment to fill the vacant post in the Agency.
