Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, who is currently on an official visit to Iran, arrived in Mashhad and paid his respects at the Shrine of Hazrat Imam Raza (AS). On his arrival, the interior minister was warmly received by Governor General of Khurasan Province Ghulam Hussain Muzaffari.Mohsin Naqvi visited different parts of the shrine of Hazrat Imam Raza and offered Nawafil and prayed at the shrine premises. 

The interior minister also prayed for development, progress, and peace in the region. On the occasion, Mohsin Naqvi thanked the Iranian government for taking special measures to provide facilities to Pakistani pilgrims. He hoped that Pakistan and Iran would jointly take measures to facilitate pilgrims.
