Murree administration has intensified monitoring of examination centres to ensure transparency and prevent cheating in ongoing board examinations. Acting on directives of Deputy Commissioner Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi, Additional Deputy Commissioner General Kamran Sagheer visited Government Boys High School Murree and reviewed arrangements for Class IX and X examinations.
He inspected examination halls, seating arrangements and performance of the examination staff, directing officials to strictly enforce measures to eliminate cheating and ensure a fair examination process. He also reviewed security arrangements, including entry and exit points, deployment of security personnel and surveillance mechanisms, and instructed that safety of students must be ensured at all costs.
The officer checked attendance of teaching and non-teaching staff and expressed satisfaction over overall discipline at the institution. He further reviewed cleanliness arrangements and directed staff to maintain a healthy and conducive environment for students. Meanwhile, Assistant Commissioner Murree Captain (R) Arshad Iqbal also visited various examination centres and reviewed arrangements.
He directed officials to ensure strict vigilance, prevent malpractice and provide all necessary facilities to students so that examinations could be conducted in a peaceful and transparent manner. Officials reiterated their commitment to ensuring a fair examination system in line with the Punjab government’s policy, warning that no negligence would be tolerated.
