National Logistics Corporation (NLC) has expanded its fleet by adding 500 high-powered trucks and reefers equipped with latest technology for long-haul operations to strengthen transit trade with Central Asian States (CAS) and worldwide, says in media rpeorts.

The new trucks have the capacity to carry more weight and travel on long routes, consuming less fuel. Expansion in the National Logistics Corporation fleet is part of the Government of Pakistan’s vision keeping in view the regional trade. 

As per the vision, the NLC assigned a target for export of goods worth Rs2 billion to Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. National Logistics Cell completed 250 successful operations during the last three years in Central Asia, China, and other countries. These operations enable Pakistani goods to have access to new markets.
