The Sarsawa police station has registered a case against influential accused who conspired to end the life of a 24-year-old orphan youth in the Chak Mir Chhatran area. The accused, Ammar Shah and Owais Shah, humiliated the young man named Adnan in the society by threatening him with serious consequences, including pressuring him to divorce his wife, upon which Adnan ended his life by shooting himself four months ago.

The accused Ammar Shah had established an illicit relationship with the deceased's wife and wanted to marry her. The deceased's mother submitted a written application to the SSP, Kotli, for registration of the case, in light of which the police conducted a lengthy inquiry and registered a case against the accused Ammar Shah and Owais Shah, as well as the deceased's wife (A.K.).

According to the FIR registered on March 4, 2026 in the complaint of the mother of the deceased Adnan Ahmed, married A.K some 10/11 years ago, with whom he has one daughter and a son. Some time after the marriage, Ammar Shah, son of Nazakat Hussain Shah, secretly established illicit relations with her daughter-in-law and with the passage of time, he started inciting her daughter-in-law to seek divorce from her husband so that she could marry him.

On the instigation of the above, her daughter-in-law started fighting in the house and started demanding divorce and used to threaten her son Adnan every day that if he does not divorce her, she will tell Ammar Shah and his brother Owais Shah to kill him, to which Adnan kept on explaining to her that she should stop establishing illicit relations with other men and not violate his honor in the society. On the other hand, Ammar Shah kept threatening her son to divorce his wife .

Ammar Shah, with the help of his elder brother Owais Shah, completely trapped her daughter-in-law, due to which she would always threaten her son by referring to the above-mentioned people at home. After some time, Ammar Shah went to Saudi Arabia, but he did not stop even after going abroad and he kept in constant contact with her daughter-in-law and incited her to divorce her husband.

During this time, Ammar Shah kept making threatening calls to Adnan from Saudi Arabia that if he did not divorce his wife, he would first be disgraced in society and later he would be killed. Ammar Shah sent money to her daughter-in-law from abroad and told her to accuse her husband of fighting and torturing her and approach the court for divorce. Meanwhile, with the connivance of her daughter-in-law, Ammar Shah and Owais Shah from abroad tried to disgrace her son Adnan in society and ruin his life.

He planned to eliminate the people of the area in the name of Niaz/Khatam Sharif in his house, and after feeding them, he was told that no one should leave here. Today, an important announcement will be made in front of you people. Owais Shah addressed the people of the area on the phone and said that they should tell Adnan to divorce his wife. If he does not divorce her, he will have to face serious consequences. At the same time, on the advice of Owais Shah, a so-called rival resident of Malhar, Jo Sayla, came to Adnan's house and told him that Owais Shah had called and he was calling him to his house.

Owais Shah, on the instructions of Ammar Shah and A.K, insulted Adnan on the phone and humiliated him in front of the people of the area, saying that come on the microphone and divorce his wife, otherwise he will have to face serious consequences. Adnan was heartbroken after the collusion and conspiracy of Owais Shah, Ammar Shah and A.K. was exposed and he was humiliated in front of the people of the area. He came home crying under pressure and called her and her elder son Irfan, who is abroad, and told her that his wife had planned to kill him , while he had also been humiliated in front of the local people.

A few weeks later, her daughter-in-law made a false drama of violence against herself and called the court of the Sessions Judge, upon which the police came to their house and after seeing the opportunity, the police testified in the court that Adnan did not commit any violence against his wife. Her son, under severe mental pressure ended his life on November 4, 2025.
