Speaker Punjab Assembly Malik Muhammad Ahmed Khan called on Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif in Lahore on Thursday. The meeting discussed the overall political and administrative situation of the province.  The meeting discussed in details on the stages of legislation and the proceedings of the House. The meeting agreed on dealing strictly with those who disrupt the law-and-order situation across the province. Speaker Punjab Assembly Malik Ahmed Khan paid tribute to the introduction of e-Biz for ease of doing business.

Malik Ahmed Khan expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif on behalf of the people of Punjab for the improvement of law and order in the province. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif congratulated Malik Ahmed Khan on the government affairs of the Punjab Assembly and his approach of taking everyone along. Maryam Nawaz said for the first time in the history of the province, every big project is being started from small cities.  

Maryam Nawaz Sharif said Punjab has the best business potential and investors should take advantage of it.  The Punjab government will provide all possible support to domestic and foreign investors, Maryam Nawaz said. She said the law-and-order situation in the province is under control and chaos will not be allowed.  Malik Ahmad Khan said for the first time, the center of development projects is not only Lahore or big cities but also every backward area of ??Punjab.
