Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission will provide 500 scholarships to Bangladeshi students. Scholarships will be provided under Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship Programme. About 73 selected Bangladeshi students reached Pakistan for scholarships. Students concerned will be provided free education on scholarships in various universities.
According to HEC Chairman Dr. Niaz Ahmad, the program aims to strengthen academic cooperation and people-to-people ties between the two countries. Dr. Niaz Ahmed said the programme will promote education and skill development between the two countries. Pakistan will empower Bangladeshi youth through education, Dr. Niaz Ahmed said.
