Pakistan’s world-renowned Himalayan Pink Salt has earned international recognition after being featured in an award-winning Brazilian soap.The soap received the Global Innovation Award at the Women in Agritech – Global Summit of Women in Agribusiness and Biotechnology, held in Belgium from Sept 24 to 27.The achievement highlights Pakistan’s growing role in the global wellness and cosmetic markets, with the natural salt once again making headlines for its purity and mineral richness.

The winning product, a soap produced under the Savana Amazônica brand in Boa Vista, Roraima (Brazil), combines Amazonian biodiversity with Pakistan’s Himalayan Pink Salt.Honoured with an international innovation award, the product stood out for its unique use of natural resources and sustainable production methods. The recognition brought together investors, dignitaries, and industry leaders from across the globe.Commerce Minister Jam Kamal Khan welcomed the recognition, calling it a significant milestone for Pakistan’s trade image.
