Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir, Riaz Fatyana along with other three MNAs Rana Qasim Noon (Chairman) Syed Javed Ali Shah and Malik Anwar Taj, after completion of official visit to the United Kingdom, returned to Pakistan. They met with local members of the Parliament and Deputy Speaker from House of Commons and House of Lords, Lord Mayor of Bermingham, Media, Think Tanks, Pakistanis and Kashmiris, Officials of the Government and explained them latest update on Kashmir dispute which is long awaiting incomplete agenda of United Kingdom since 1947.
India is bound to implement Article 1 and 25 of Charter of United Nations regarding self-determination, UN General Assembly Rresolution number 1514 (1960) on “Declaration on the granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and people”, UNSC resolution in 1948 on Referendum in Kashmir for Self Determination, UN International Covenants passed in 1966 on Cival, Political, Economics, Socual & Cultural rights.
So it’s India’s obligation according to International Law to implement UN Charter, Resolutions, Covenants, and Universal Declaration on Human Rights. Parliamentary Delegation visited and addressed all concern in Pak Consulates situated in Bermigham, Bradford, Manchester and Glasgow and there was very positive response to the delegation.
