Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) will hold an online “E-Kachehri” on its official Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/PESCOKPK on Wednesday to facilitate consumers and address their complaints. According to a PESCO spokesperson, the session will be conducted from 9 a.m l. to 11 a.m. providing an opportunity for consumers, particularly those in remote areas, to register their complaints from home.
The spokesperson said that General Manager Operations Muhammad Zubair Khan will personally listen to consumers’ issues during the session and ensure their resolution. All senior PESCO officers will also be present during the E-Kachehri to respond to complaints related to their respective divisions, ensuring prompt and coordinated redressal of grievances. The initiative aims to enhance consumer facilitation and improve service delivery through direct engagement with electricity users.
