Cantt Police Station, Kohat, on Sunday arrested five accused individuals linked to drug peddling and wanted in serious cases. According to the sources of Kohat Police, the arrests were made on the instructions of District Police Officer Dr Zahidullah, who has intensified efforts to crack down on criminal elements. The police recovered a substantial quantity of narcotics, including 2000 grams of hashish and 415 grams of ice, along with firearms and ammunition. 

The operation, led by SHO Cantt Khizar Farid, resulted in the recovery of 1 Kalashnikov, 1 Kalakarab, 3 pistols, and dozens of cartridges. The arrested individuals were wanted by the police in connection with the Uzair murder and Nadeem kidnapping cases. The police have shifted the accused to the Cantt Police Station, where they are currently under arrest.
