President Asif Ali Zardari is set to visit Lahore later this week during which he will hold important meetings with PPP leaders.Arrangements for the president’s stay at the Governor House have reportedly been finalized. In order to accommodate President Asif Zardari along with his security and administrative team, the Governor House has undergone special arrangements. 

The visit is expected to hold considerable political significance, with several high-level meetings planned between the President and senior leadership of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP). The sources further indicated that President Zardari is set to assess the prevailing political climate and engage in strategic discussions with party leadership so as to bolster the party’s presence in Punjab.

Discussions will also touch on internal party dynamics and the broader national political landscape. During President Zardari’s presence in Lahore, several influential political figures are expected to formally join the PPP.
