The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency has registered a case against PTI leader Dr Shahbaz Gill. The case was filed under the PECA Act (Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act) on the request of Punjab Police Inspector Mazhar Iqbal who alleged that Dr Shahbaz Gill uploaded videos against the complainant on his YouTube channel and TikTok account.
According to the FIR, in the videos Dr Shahbaz Gill used derogatory and inappropriate language against the complainant and his family as well as made false allegations and misstatements.The uploaded videos by Dr Shahbaz Gill were also shared by various other individuals on their channels.
The videos of the PTI leader are harming the reputation of the complainant and his family, the FIR claims. The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency has assigned the investigation of the case to Sub-Inspector Mohsin Razaq.
