July 14, 2025

Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs Amir Muqam said that the public has rejected Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s sit-ins, long marches, and violent politics. Speaking to a private news channel, he said the PTI was in no position to launch a credible movement. Criticized PTI's announcement of a 90-day protest campaign, calling it a "pre-failed stunt" aimed at saving the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government.

He said that Ali Amin Gandapur is powerless CM, and the protest plan is driven by internal threats to PTI’s rule in KP. “The announcement of the 90-day movement is a confession of political and governance failure,” he said. Minister further said that true dialogue could only begin if the PTI founder bows before the law, admits past mistakes, and gives up politics of hatred. He said that the current government stands firmly with the Constitution, the law, and state institutions.
