The Punjab Finance Department on Monday released an amount of Rs76 million for the payment of salaries to the Governor and expenditure. According to media reports, Rs189 million has also been released for the salaries of the staff of the Governor's Secretariat. The Finance Ministry has released Rs 250 million for the boxing championship. The Punjab Finance Department released this amount to the Punjab Department of Sports. The Finance department already transferred these amounts online to their respective accounts.
