The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has indicated that a significant change in weather is expected after October 15. As October began, the heat persisted across the country, with the provincial capital, Lahore likely to see minimum temperatures of 25 degrees Celsius and maximums reaching 37 degrees Celsius. According to weather forecasters, there were no chances of rain in Lahore today. A notable change in weather is expected post-October 15 with hot daytime temperatures and cooler nights anticipated. Data showed that wind speeds have been recorded at six kilometers per hour, with humidity levels rising to 78 percent. The Meteorological Department also noted that Lahore ranked first in the world for pollution, with the average smog level exceeding 200.
