The State Life Insurance Corporation (SLIC) of Pakistan, in collaboration with the Civil Defense Department Dera, conducted a safety awareness drill session here at the State Life Building Dera Ismail Khan.  The session, organized in line with the vision of the SLIC Chairman Shoaib Javed Hussain, was aimed to equip the State Life staff and building tenants with preparedness skills for emergencies such as natural disasters and other incidents. 

The event, organized under the guidance of Executive Director Real Estate Abdul Shakoor Sheikh, Chief Engineer Imranul Haq Usmani, Divisional Head Real Estate Kashif Rasheed, and Incharge Real Estate Peshawar Jahangir Khan, was supervised locally by Building Incharge Muhammad Sajid. 

Addressing the participants, Muhammad Sajid emphasized that State Life is not only committed to securing lives through life, health, and accident insurance policies, but also to ensuring the safety and well-being of its infrastructure and associated personnel.  District Officer Civil Defense Asmatullah Mehsud led a team of trainers, including Alamgir Khan, Muhammad Qadeer, Ahsan Imdad, and Rajab Ali, who provided hands-on training to the participants. 

The participants were trained in fire response and evacuation procedures, earthquake safety measures, basic first aid, and the proper use of emergency alarms and fire extinguishers.  The attendees expressed appreciation for the proactive approach of State Life's leadership and lauded the efforts of Chairman Shoaib Javed Hussain and his team for promoting a culture of safety and preparedness.
