Additional Deputy Commissioner(General) South Waziristan Upper Fazal Wadood has said that improving education and ensuring transparency are among the top priorities of the district administration.He expressed these views while chairing a meeting of the district steering committee on education. According to the administration, the meeting reviewed in detail the monthly monitoring reports, institutional performance, and the current educational situation, while also formulating a comprehensive strategy for the coming month.

The District Education Officers (male and female), Additional DEOs, and the District Monitoring Officer (EMU) attended the meeting and presented performance reports from their respective domains. The meeting discussed last month’s monitoring findings and finalized a practical and results-oriented roadmap for the next month.

Addressing the meeting, additional deputy commissioner directed that teachers’ and students’ regular attendance, consistent supervision of teaching activities, and strict institutional discipline must be ensured at all levels.He instructed the concerned officers to further strengthen and properly document the monitoring of all government schools, strictly check attendance of teachers and students, and send timely reports of any issues, shortcomings, or requirements to the office of the deputy commissioner.

The ADC (General) added the need for coordinated measures to improve basic facilities, the teaching environment, and administrative structures in educational institutions so that children across the district can be provided with a quality, safe, and effective learning environment.The district administration expressed its commitment to continuing comprehensive efforts for the improvement of every aspect of the education sector.
