Three labourers lost their lives and four others critically injured when a speedy trawler ran them over as they slept beside a road in Khairpur. Police said that the accident took place near the Babarlo area on the National Highway in Khairpur. The injured labourers were shifted to Civil Hospital in critical condition. All the dead labourers were identified as Gul Hassan Domki, Deedar Domki, and Altaf Domki. Police sources further revealed that the dead labourers belonged to Shikarpur and were in Khaipur to work in date fields. Police took the trawler into their custody.
