Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Anti-Corruption Circle arrested three employees of Gujranwala Electric Power Company (Gepco) for their involvement in corruption. These employees, who were identified as Ali Raza DSO, DM Asif Malik, and Farhat Abbas SDO, were performing their duties in Composite Circle Sialkot. These accused provided electricity connection to a private housing society after taking huge bribes.

The FIA Director said that these Gepco employees provided the electricity connection by passing a 11 KV grid line, which caused one boy to lose both his arms. FIA Director further revealed that the investigation process already expedited against these employees and other persons who are involved in a corruption network will be apprehended soon.
