Three members of a family were killed and three others sustained critical injuries when a speeding Mazda mini truck collided with a passenger rickshaw at Khanuana Bypass Chowk on Tuesday morning.According to Rescue 1122,the victims were travelling from Mian Channu to Chak No 228-RB Bohgani,Makkuana, to attend a Khatm-e-Qul ceremony when the accident occurred.

The deceased were identified as Manzoor Hussain(50),Shehnaz Bibi(47) and Muhammad Adnan(4),while the injured were identified as MustaFA(25),Sughra Bibi(35) and Sakina Bibi(35) suffered severe head injuries.Rescue 1122 teams rushed to the scene,provided first aid to the injured and shifted them to Allied Hospital-II(DHQ Hospital) for treatment. After completing medico-legal formalities,the bodies were handed over to the heirs for burial.
