As many as three passengers who were sitting on the roof of a bus died after the bus collided with a tree in Pindi Bhattian on Tuesday. The ill-fated bus was going to Muzaffargarh from Gujrat. The dead and injured persons were residents of Sindh province. Soon after receiving the report of the accident, Rescue 1122 team reached the site and started providing first-aid to injured persons as staff and medicine were not available in the hospital in Pindi Bhattian.
