Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF) hosted a ceremony in collaboration with the Confucius Institute at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (CI-UAF) to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the diplomatic relationship between Pakistan and China.

A poster exhibition was inaugurated on the occasion to highlight the milestones and highlights of bilateral relations between the two countries over the past seven and a half decades, according to a report carried by Gwadar Pro.

Students of CI-UAF presented vibrant cultural performances focusing on the theme of Pakistan-China friendship.

The program included traditional music, dance, and skits that showcased the warmth and depth of the all-weather strategic cooperative partnership.

The ceremony also featured special documentaries on Pakistan-China friendship, the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), and Gwadar Port, providing attendees with deeper insights into the transformative projects that have come to define the bilateral relationship.

The event brought together approximately 400 attendees including Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen, Vice Chancellor of GCWUF, Mr. Farooq Yousaf Sheikh, President of the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI), and Dr. Saddam Hussain, Local Dean of CI-UAF, along with faculty members and students.
