Pak-Afghan jirga at Kurram vows to work for peaceتازترین

A jirga of Pakistan and Afghanistan representatives was held in Kurram with the support of the Pakistan Army. The jirga was held in the Kharlachi Border Terminal located in Kurram.  Notables of the areas from both countries, advisers, and a large number of businessmen participated in the jirga.

Both sides agreed to promote harmony and peace in the future. A delegation from Afghanistan expressed its complete satisfaction with the medical facilities provided in Pak-Afghan Brotherhood Hospital. The participants of the Jirga agreed to expand relations in the trade, health, and infrastructure sectors and provide employment to local residents.

Both sides expressed their willingness to continue the Jirga in the future as well. The Afghan delegation said that the establishment of the Pakistan-Afghanistan Brotherhood Hospital is an example of the humanity of Pakistani brothers. The Pakistani side expressed the hope that the Afghan government will honor the democratic values and rule of law.
