British High Commissioner Jane Marriott called on Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq in Islamabad on Friday and expressed her country's solidarity with Pakistan amidst the ongoing floods. On behalf of her country, the British High Commissioner announced three million pounds in emergency aid and additional humanitarian aid. Ishaq Dar thanked Britain for its timely support and solidarity.
