Pakistani singer Aima Baig has been in the news again on social media after a recent post that appears to hint at a change in her relationship status.

The singer recently posted a series of glamorous pictures from an event, wearing a glamorous all-black outfit and sporting silver-blonde hair. People couldn’t take their eyes off her stunning looks but it was her caption that soon became the talk of the town.

Aima simply described herself as “SINGLE.”

Immediately fans began asking questions about the one-word update, with many wondering if the singer had split from her husband, fashion entrepreneur Zain Ahmed.

A Marriage That Attracted Public Interest

Aima and Zain are said to have gotten married in a private Nikah ceremony in Canada last August. In the past, the couple had shared glimpses of their life together on social media and their relationship had previously been on display.

Questions about their relationship, though, are said to be on the rise in recent months. Some of Aima’s posts on loneliness and difficult personal experiences led followers to speculate about possible problems in her marriage.

The singer had previously posted a picture of a bruise which had worried some fans. But she did not publicly disclose the circumstances of the injury or there was no confirmation that it was related to her relationship.

No Confirmation from Officials Yet

But Aima has not come out in public to confirm a split or give information about her current marital status but her recent “SINGLE” caption has added more fuel to the rumour.

Speculation has also not been publicly addressed by Zain Ahmed.

For the moment, fans are left to decipher Aima’s cryptic update, with an official explanation from either side yet to be provided.
