Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader and ex Governor Sindh, Muhammad Zubair has said that provision of maximum relief to masses in the upcoming budget 2023-24 is top priority of the government and it will make all out efforts to achieve the target. In interaction with a private news channel on Tuesday, he alleged that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government has left behind a huge burdens of loans inheriting a fragile economy of the incumbent government but still it was committed to stabilize the economy. Muhammad Zubair said that the government was strictly committed to ensure financial discipline through effective policies for enhancing the overall level of growth in the country.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif had restarted all those projects which are very important for the general public, he replied to a query. The PML-N leader said that the incumbent government soon after coming into power took some unpopular decisions and adopted a course of stability for the country. All the decisions were aimed to improve the economic situation of the country, Zubair said holding PTI responsible for the delay of the IMF bailout package as it never fulfilled the agreement with the IMF in the past.
