Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi paid a surprise visit to the NADRA Mega Center in Blue Area of Islamabad on Saturday morning and reviewed the facilities being provided to the people there. The minister, on the occasion, met with the people who had come to the center to obtain the computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) and other documents and inquired about the time the center staff took in issuing these documents to them.

The visitors expressed their satisfaction with the facilities provided at the center, saying the center staff was very cooperative. Naqvi applauded the efficiency of the shift in-charge as well as the staff working under him and urged them to keep up the good work. He also praised the NADRA Chairman, Lt General Muhammad Munir, and his staff. The minister inspected the modern, automatic machine installed at the center.   

Speaking on the occasion, he said that it was a matter of great satisfaction that documents were issued to the people without much delay.  He expressed the resolve to keep taking steps to facilitate the people.
