Muridke police bust criminal network, recover property worth Rs10mBreaking

In a major crackdown against criminals, police nabbed 25 hardcore criminals and recovered machinery, motorcycles, and other items worth Rs10 million from their custody in Muridke. City police said that all the recovered items were handed over to their owners. Police also recovered 5 kilograms of hashish and 1100 grams and arrested 4 persons. Police also arrested 5 accused and recovered net cash of Rs 14,00,000 from their possession. 

In another operation, police arrested proclaimed offenders and dacoits and recovered 11 pistols and 2 Kalashnikovs. Station House Officer (SHO) Muridke Ghazanfar Aziz Bhatti, while addressing a press conference, vowed to adopt a zero-tolerance policy against criminals. He said that due to the effective policy adopted by the City police, the criminals network was busted and the citizens are now feeling safer.
