Namaz-e-Jazana in absentia of martyrs of Pakistan Army and other citizens who sacrificed their lives while defending the motherland against Indian aggression was held in Kasur. The Namaz-e-Janaza was offered at Khudian Khas in Kasur. Punjab Minister Malik Rashid Ahmad Khan and Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Malik Saeed Ahmad Khan also attended the Namaz-e-Janaza. Large number of bureaucrats and high-ranking police and military officials also attended the Ghaibana Namaz-e-Janaza.
