The Crime Control Department (CCD) Lodhran district arrested a woman involved in an acid attack on a youth. According to an official spokesperson, the accused called the victim, Abid, to her residence in Jala Araein area and threw acid on him.Abid sustained severe burns on his face and he was shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital where he, later on, succumbed to his injuries. The CCD registered a case before taking the accused into custody.
