A District and Sessions Court in Islamabad has issued non-bailable arrest warrants (NBWs) for former Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur in a liquor and arms recovery case. Judicial Magistrate Mubasshir Hassan Chisti heard the case on Tuesday. During the hearing, the judge ordered the arrest of Ali Amin Gandapur and his production in the court on next date of hearing.
Today, Ali Amin Gandapur again failed to appear in court. Due to his continued absence, the court issued his non-bailable arrest warrants. A case of liquor and arms recovery is filed against former Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the Barakhu Police Station. Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 28, 2025.
