Under the provincial government’s fishermen-friendly policy, the registration, measurement, and inspection of Gwadar fishermen’s boats has commenced.

The entire activity is being carried out under the supervision of Assistant Director Fisheries Muhammad Aslam Askani, on the special instructions of Director General Fisheries Balochistan Atiqullah Khan, Gwadar Pro reported on Friday.

In this regard, the Fisheries Pasni inspection team visited various landing areas in Pasni, where fishermen’s boats were registered, measured, and inspected.

On the occasion, fishermen were advised to complete the registration of their boats as soon as possible and obtain cards for their crew members so that they do not face any difficulties while fishing in the deep sea.

Fisheries Officer Muhammad Younis and Inspectors Zarif Nosherwani, Rahim Bakhsh, and Hasil Khan were also present with the inspection team.
