The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has released a three-day schedule for its long march, according to which the march will depart from Peshawar for Charsadda today, Oct 9. According to a PTI spokesperson, participants of the long march will reach Charsadda from Peshawar today, where they will stay overnight. On Oct 10, the long march will reach Mardan under the leadership of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, while the convoy will depart for Swabi on Oct 11.
The spokesperson said the participants would stay overnight in Swabi, after which the next course of action for the march would be decided. According to the schedule issued by PTI, a plan has been prepared for the march’s stay and movement in different cities over the next three days. The final decision regarding the next phase is expected after the party leadership’s stay in Swabi.
