The Islamabad High Court summoned the Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) officer who ordered the offloading of citizen who was going to Malaysia, tomorrow. Justice Ayaz Shaukat, while issuing a written order on the citizen Muhammad Saad’s petition, directed the FIA ??to submit its comments by the next hearing. The court wrote in order that according to the petitioner, he had a Malaysian visa and a return ticket. 

According to the lawyer, despite all the documents to go abroad being complete, the offloading was done. The lawyer has requested that the court declare the offloading illegal. Court ordered FIA to submit its comments by the next hearing.The officer or shift in-charge who wrote the order to offload the citizen on August 12 should appear at the next hearing, court ordered. The court adjourned the further hearing of the case till September 4.
