September 14, 2026

Federal Health Minister and MQM leader Mustafa Kamal has said that young people are being killed during mobile phone snatchings on Karachi’s streets, while there are no government jobs for the city’s youth and even their quota is not provided. He said that whenever Karachi’s quota is discussed, jobs are sold on the basis of fake domiciles.

Addressing a general workers’ meeting of Karachi party workers at the MQM-Pakistan centre in Bahadurabad, Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal said MQM-Pakistan would hold a major power show in support of establishing administrative units. He said the time had come for administrative restructuring in Pakistan. He said control of powers and resources should be transferred to ordinary citizens of Pakistan, adding that the provinces had misused powers and resources after the 18th Amendment.

Mustafa Kamal said the existing system of government had increased the deprivation of ordinary Pakistanis. He said that for 79 years, this system had been producing traitors in the country and making its own people fight against their army. He said children and citizens were losing their lives in Karachi due to dog bites, falling into open drains and being hit by dump trucks, while AIDS was spreading in hospitals because of the use of incorrect syringes.
