The blood that flowed in an underpass in Karachi was not just the blood of a doctor. It was the blood of a husband’s trust, loyalty, and unconditional love being brutally murdered.
Dr. Sarang was an educated, soft-spoken man who loved his wife, Dr. Ramina, with complete devotion. He was willing to make every sacrifice for her happiness. When circumstances began to worsen, he even decided to leave the country in order to protect her. But little did he know that the very hand he held with love and trust was secretly guiding his killers toward him.
According to police investigations, the story changed when Dr. Sarang was transferred to Gwadar for some time. During that period, a powerful government officer named Haseeb entered Dr. Ramina’s life. What began with admiration and compliments slowly turned into an illicit relationship.
And then, what often happens in such tragic stories happened again.
The lover allegedly asked her to divorce her husband. But Dr. Ramina reportedly replied, “He loves me too much. He will never divorce me without a reason.”
So together, they created a reason so cruel that it led a living man straight to his grave.
According to police reports, on the day of the incident, Dr. Sarang was returning home with his wife in a rickshaw after picking her up from her parents’ house when suddenly a car approached them. Masked men stepped out and ordered the doctor to get down. When he resisted, they opened fire and murdered him on the spot.
Moments earlier, the man had been dreaming of a beautiful future with his wife. Moments later, he was taking his final breaths on a hospital bed.
And tragically, the same woman who screamed for help in front of people was, according to investigators, secretly in contact with the killers.
This story is not just about a murder. It is a mirror for society. When fear of God disappears from relationships, even love can become dangerous.
