The district administration has imposed fines on three petrol pumps for short measurement and sealed three illegal LPG stations during an inspection drive. According to a spokesperson on Friday, Assistant Commissioner Pasrur Sana Sharafat, along with her team, inspected fuel measuring equipment at various petrol pumps on Chawinda Road. During the drive, she also identified three LPG stations involved in illegal decanting at different locations across the city. The authorities imposed fines, confiscated the equipment used for illegal decanting and referred the cases to the Civil Defence Department for further legal action.
